  • Usage Data: Which features you use (e.g., "AI Diagnosis"), time spent, and tap patterns.
  • Location Data: We collect approximate location (derived from IP address) to suggest native plants. We DO NOT collect precise GPS coordinates unless you explicitly grant permission for a specific feature.

  • Camera: To take real-time photos of plants.
  • Photo Gallery: To upload existing images for analysis.
  • Notifications: To send watering reminders and care alerts.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To Provide the Service: Identify plants, diagnose diseases, and generate care schedules.
  • To Train our AI Models (Important): We use de-identified plant images and diagnosis data to train and improve our machine learning algorithms. This helps the "Plant Doctor" get smarter for everyone.
  • To Personalize Experience: Suggesting plants native to your region (e.g., specific to Gujarat or Zimbabwe).
  • To Communicate: Sending watering reminders, subscription updates, and security alerts.
  • To Ensure Security: Detecting fraud, illegal activities, or policy violations.

3. How We Share Your Information

9. International Data Transfers

Our servers may be located outside your country of residence (including in India or the USA). By using the Service, you consent to the transfer of your information to countries that may have different data protection laws than your country.
